3. Food and Frozen Products

Aroi Japan Market sells food products, including frozen meat and other food items.

Customers are responsible for following appropriate storage, handling, preparation, and food-safety practices after receiving their products.

Frozen products should be placed in appropriate frozen storage as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers receiving frozen deliveries should inspect the shipment before signing for acceptance in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
